Neurodiversity is important to all of us.
Just imagine, that every time you see five people, statistically one of them may be neurodistinct. Some may have a diagnosis – but probably most do not. They may spend a lot of time and effort every day to mask to avoid being seen as the one who do not fit in. In most families, network of friends, school classes, workplaces, civil society organisations, governments there will be people who are afraid not to fit in.
We need to make it our problem as a society – and not the problem of individuals.
We encourage you to consider how you can make a difference by supporting individuals and the movement of neurodiversity.
If you are an employer and want to promote neurodiversity, we will encourage you to seek inspiration and partner with organisations such as Specialisterne Global, who draw from extensive operational experience.
